Misc I'm graying up

also they reaper tried to come 7 years ago but he stopped with just slight thinning and never came back.

How can I protect my hair from graying?
I got gray nose hair, wtf. 4 gray beard hairs
About 5 on my hair and like 1 gray ball hair

I'm early 30s

I’m 35 and somehow don’t have any gray other than occasional strays on my head. I’m guessing my good luck is mostly related to living a stress-free lifestyle.

I know as soon as I get gray beard or substantial gray hair my tour is likely over for going after girls under 30. If I can hold it off for another 5 years until 40, I think that would be acceptable.

mirin henna mentioned in first response.

Would be interested to see henna results in black man's hair.

OP, it basically hits your gray hair with a reddish tint. But you can add coffee grounds or tea to the mixture to darken it. It's also really good for your hair.

The application process is a pita though.

Started graying at 24 but no reaper. Gpa had full head of hair at 75 and all white, dad was completely gray at 30 but full head of hair.

Low copper is associated with premature greying. Check out your diet if you get enough, also if you supplement zinc it can deplete copper.

I've been coloring the grays in my beard in with a dar brown furniture touch up pen and a black jiffy marker. Chit works great, lasts about a week.
Was going to try that just for men chit, but read that there's a bunch of guys that have ended up with a nasty skin rash from it.

It's mostly genetic, there's not much you can do about it.

I had some grey from 18+, by 35 I decided there was enough to dye it. A good chunk of my stubble is now grey too, so I'm clean shaven far more often now as it's just not worth the hassle to dye that.

It's all very well saying that grey hair looks distinguished... but it's only a good look if your hair is also shiny, straight & healthy looking. If, like me, your hair naturally grows out fluffy, dry, and wiry, you're SOL. It'll make you look twice as old if you don't do something about it.
