Just wiped my ass after i farted a few times... mind blown

butt was feeling itchy and actually kinda moist so i went to the washroom and wiped my butt.... when i looked at the TP (stand up to wipe crew) i was blown away by how much poop was on the TP. it was almost like i actually just took a chit. this was only after a few farts. is this normal? wtf im srsly disgusted by that amount of poop.

no wonder i get a huge waft of chit when i bend a girl over

Up your fiber intake since you aren't getting all your poop out when you poo, you have leftovers.

Bought psyllium husk 10 years ago and take a couple grams every day since. Can definitely tell the days I go without taking it.

This. Not even kidding. It's a sign of one of couple of things. Something minor that can be cleared up with a drastic diet change.the other two or three issues are very very dangerous...
