No I was there before Kung-flu and had planned on going back, had flights booked but decided against it when they initially announced the 14 day quarantine a few days before my scheduled flight. Also want to do the working holiday visa but I'm getting old, the longer this chit goes on the less chance I'll have before I'm 30 (cut-off age).

Indeed. And the only way we're going to achieve any sort of herd immunity is to let it spread, sadly some people will die but all we're doing now is delaying what's going to happen anyway.

80 year olds don't know how long they've got left anyway, they've lived full lives, do they really want to spend their last few months isolated away from family just so they can live maybe another few months, alone?

We were told the point of the lockdowns was to prevent hospitals being overrun, well that's not happening!
