How was your weekend misc and what did you do?

Uncle came into town on friday, and we walked a trail near my house for about 5 miles.

Saturday we went hiking at a small mountain nearby for 10 miles then came back home kicked back and enjoyed some Jameson.

Today we did more hiking for 5 miles at the same trail from friday, played some soccer at the local park, and then stopped by a bar and had some drinks.

Just dropped him off at the airport couple of hours ago. It was great to see him, and always good to see family.

Now it's back to the office tomorrow.

Sounds like a really great weekend with your uncle!

My weekend was the same old same old. Cooking/meal prep, laundry, cleaning, made dinner for my son last night and we watched Baby Driver. Was good movie. Went to gym today and had a great workout. That was pretty much it.

Kicked my family's ass at mini-golf of Saturday and did car stuff today.

We did a few drive by parades for kids with disabilities and then headed off to lunch.

Last weekend was all car stuff as well.



Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
