I feel it does.

Also are you getting plenty of dietary fat?

That will help.

I used to take a shot of coconut oil a day.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

I train fasted simply because I don't have time to eat in the morning, train, and get home for work. I'm up at 4AM already, not getting up at 330 to eat. I have seemed to lose weight quicker while training fasted, but in reality it does not matter. Calories in vs. Calories out.

After 18 hours of water fasting you are in ketosis and burning fat directly for energy. You'll feel like crap though.

its better to go low intensity if your fasted, if not your body will start eating muscle/amino acids for energy for high intensity exercises

This is some 90's science.

When you burn calories, it doesn't really matter where exactly in your body you're getting the energy from at that very moment...it's not going to change the amount of calories you're burning.

Don't conflate maximum fatty acid oxidation with a reduction in adipose tissue.

I don't understand how anyone could think that training fasted is somehow going to burn more total calories than otherwise. My mind is blown how anyone could be so dim to think it's possible.

If 1+2=3 then how can I make 1+1=3?

You fukin can't. Shiit doesn't work that way for fuk's sake.

Even tho you’re in ketosis your body will absolutely need the carbs from your liver and muscles to keep going with the exercise, so it evens out over a few days or so
