How has COVID-19 affected your gains?
On the 12th March I weighed 86kg (189lb) and deadlifted 235kg (518lb).
I haven't lifted since and now weigh 80kg (176lb). I've been eating well and running a fair bit but I'm kinda apprehensive about getting back into lifting proper. How much strength can I expect to have lost?

see sig.
4 months of no gym - basically back to the beginning. I don't mind, I enjoy the challenge and the feeling of being so sore the following days.

I have found my gains again. Thanks Sam Adams

I gained about 5lbs of fat and PR'd most of my compounds about 3 weeks back on track.
Had legit no drive during the pandemic due to stressors related to pandemic (not fearcel, actual life impacts).

Luckily was able to snag a barbell and plenty of plates right as all of this was first starting. Made some sketchy DIY squat/bench stands in my apartment.
I've maintained my weight, gained maybe a few pounds. Have PR'd my bench and deadlift since COVID hit with new maxes. My squat is suffering right now because I have some issue with my left hip, getting a massage today and keep trying to rehab it but if my hip is still causing pain in another couple weeks I'll have to get it looked at by the doctor.

Nothing good.
Doing what I can with adjustable dumbbell set (can load up one db to 53#) and push ups.
Chit is fuked, definitely have put on some fat. Haven’t deadlifted since March 13th.

My deadlift took a nosedive while on cut during rona, went from like 430 to 370
I had a poverty home gym, but got the job done
My deadlifting "platform" and environment sucked, so I think that definitely made a difference

been back in the gym for months crew. I got stronger because I focused heavily on weaknesses during the time the gym was closed.
