Tokyo, has everything you could ask for. If you want to travel anywhere its a hub thats close to just about everything in that part of the world. Good night life, food, women (japanese and brazilian), deep rich history, you can travel to the rural areas in no time if you want to get away from the city life.

Oh and japanese people value respect for each other.

NYC is pretty awesome but I only went for a weekend on my way to Prague. Ate some food and saw a comedian (mike birbiglia).

I lived in Japan for four years and Tokyo was a much better experience than NYC. So much cool **** to do and way cheaper. The language barrier kinda sucks though, but I understood enough Japanese and most people understood enough English to make it work.


Edit: ^ also Busan is dope, spent the 4th of July there a few years ago.

I agree with the comments here about Tokyo: there's always a LOT going on.

With no reference to a particular city, I love Switzerland. I guarantee if you go on holiday there for a week your stress levels will dissipate.
