I literally watched a Mexican dude knock a bloat lord on his ass today at the gym

Also saw a shredded Brazilian Dude take down a legit roid head at a Brazilian event at the hard rock San Diego last summer

It was the quickest take down I’ve ever seen

Try hard *******s 18 inch arms didn’t save him, that dude was on him in seconds and broke that nose, blood all over his fists

lol i'm not that far out. it's complicated for me specifically because i'm still recovering from my brain injury so i don't want to cut calories too much. cause first of all i don't have the energy or the sleep quality capacity as someone without a brain injury. and i got work on top of the brain injury. caffeine literally does nothing for me after my injury. i can lose it easily with a gym. but without the gym it's so much harder. gym finally opened up last week.

me too. me too. I was burning around 4-5k kcals per day with weight training and what little cardio i could handle. To burn some extra kcals (because my weight loss stalled), i started trying to get 10k steps per day. After like....2 weeks, the state shut down. And me, being an idiot, fell off the keto diet but still tried to get the 10k steps (was hella hard because of my arthritis and sciatica). Some days i just hurt waaaayyyyy too much to walk. But i did notice that within like 3 days of the gyms closing, my arthritis and nerve pain flared up. BIG TIME. I guess going from being active and getting that daily dose of endorphins for so long then not getting them REALLY fukked me over.

I remember in undergrad sport psychology class, we talked about how elite level athletes tend to fall into deep depressions when they get career ending injuries and it is likely due to them no longer getting that adrenaline rush and the endorphins (ask another combat vet, they'll tell you a similar story once they rotate back into the world or even ETS from the military all together). Unless you find a replacement for that adrenaline/endorphin rush, things can get dark. And man did it really become true over the shut down
