UK brahs, masks to become madatory £100 fine

...in 10 days

Where the fuk is the logic?

Whenever I've been out no one has been wearing them but now suddenly we have to, well actually not so suddenly we can allegedly go about spreading it by being maskless for another 10 day.

Makes zero sense.

Clown world.

We are governed by morons.

thought only the usa had this
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

My friends are suddenly the biggest proponents of masks (not a single one has worn one before) and are calling me a conspiracy theorist for saying this is a dumb move by our gov and that masks aren't nearly as effect as they think. I swear if Daddy Government flip-flops again they will suddenly change their tune. Buncha sheep.

It's not even about arguing whether they're effective or not it's the fact that they haven't been necessary for months and there is a 10 day warning before they become mandatory surely if they were so vital it should be immediate.

Also only applies to shops, restaurants, bars your fine.

But this has been like everything they've done during this whole farce a total 360 U-turn. We won't lockdown, we're now locking down. We won't mandate a 14 day quarantine, months later 14 day quarantine. Masks won't be mandatory, masks are mandatory.

They are a joke, how can they be taken seriously.

Yeah I agree, it's ridiculous. The skeptic in me thinks ministers have been buying shares in mask manufacturers and now want to cash in...

You don't have to wear them in restraunts which have opened back up, store workers don't have to wear them like asda/tesco if they don't want. I hate how inconsistent the rules are, brb masks mandatory after 5 months of isolation but never before, no one ever wore them till now.

Stop babying us. Let people who want to wear them wear them and those who don't, accept the risks and no we not killing grandma if we don't as old people and people with underlying health conditions like fatties/heart/breathing should be isolating with deliveries.
