How can I twist this bitch to give me her friend

I met a couple women last month, and one was the main talker and I know she immediately knew I was after her friend and I know for a fact she was into me as well. Only mistake I know about is I only have the other bich's number. So we eventually talked about plans for the 4th on the 3rd. It was agreed that I would call them the evening of the 4th and they would come here first then head to the beach because I would be buying fireworks. I bought them the night of the 3rd and I never saw that place so packed. Just full of body heat.
Well, 4th comes and I text her in the evening about a time. She says her friend is with her other gfs and "i think we were both thinking we were going to do fireworks later bla bla let you know". I said ok and to let me know what's going on. Never happened. Lit them off by myself. it infuriates me how everyone I've met has lied, flaked, betrayed, or turned their back on me. If i can't think of a good way to get back in I'll move on. She's a kunt now and I only wanted her friend.
