Swiss for me, but Provolone is a very close second. Some stone ground mustard on there too.

Waited till now to vote, I always go/went with Pepper Jack. A lil spice + sriracha = hnnggg. Just got fresh provolone tho and it's lit as well. Only reason i think it's not ahead of Pepper Jack (esp since i add my own spice too), is because i tried a bit of it straight and it was just...too much. Meanwhile i can eat pepperjack on say chips all day. fuarkk. Both are top tier

Fack, just got home from the store. Bought some turkey meat, got the right buns, got the right mustard, no provolone or swiss. Thread is making me hungry

Parmesan is good but on a turkey sandwich? Interesting. There were more cheeses too i googled a list but tried to list some of the most popular. Parmesan still seems whack, spaghetti or not

Love a nice swiss cheese with turkey or ham, especially if the meat is on the sweeter side like a honey or maple glazed ham. Nothing beats a good jarlsberg cheese.
