To better society and humankind, which of the two options would be more impactful?

Option 1

Neuter all manlets since there is no way to cut their breeding instinct. They are absolute animals who would impregnate anything with a pulse - often a short female with the end result being more "people" such as the following in the world:



Option 2

Neuter all chincels - those who have no chins. Such a genetic default is usually associated with negative canthal tilts, balding and manletism. It would be like the entire dove species with one stone. Examples include:

Note the looking away to appear cool, but it's actually to avoid the obvious autism. And note the angle as "he" probably is 5'8.

Either way, whichever humane option we pick, humankind will be better off.

I just hope they make the right decision themselves before being administered the necessary.
