Push Pull Legs Regime| Might need your help

So it just feels like I'm doing too much at this point and it's starting to get abit tiring, each session has about 9-11 exercises, priority still being compounds and then accessory lifts. Here's the regime, I have done alot of research and spoke to a couple of people and they pretty much said that PPL is usually like 5-6 exercises

Push

Incline DB press
Overhead Press
Plate Front Raise supersetted with dumbell lateral raise
Skullcrushers
Chest Press Machine
Triceps Bar Pushdown
Triceps Cable Pulldown
Cable Crunches
Pec Deck

Pull

Chin Ups
Bent Over Barbell Row
Hammer Curls supersetted with ez-curl bar bicep curls
Bent Over Barbell Bicep Curl
Iso-lateral Row Machine
Lat Pulldown supersetted with Lat Pulldown Bar
Seated Row with Wide Grip
Dumbell Shrugs
Cable Crunches
Seated Rear Delts

Legs

Front Squat
Romanian Deadlift
Leg Press
Leg Extension
Adductor Machine
Abductor Machine
Lying Curl Machine
Dumbell Calf Raise
Cable Crunches

If you feel like your PPL days are getting too long or too much volume, yet you don't want to hop down on the exercise selections, you could try doing 2 sets instead of 3. That helped me a lot during my "fuk this, I seem to be doing too much or working out for too long" phase of it.

Or try Upper/Lower

Ahh look I don't mind the effort man but I do it for like 7 days straight first week then 6 days the next due to needing to travel to a different area so It feels like from what I researched that I'm doing too much which might hinder any proper strength and progressive overload gain

Half a dozen exercises should be enough. If your whole workout is either push/pull/legs, and you're kicking off with heavy compounds, you should be running on empty after 45-60 mins (assuming natty).

You know your body best bro, if you are still progressively making gains and like the frequency then there’s not much reason to stop unless you want to.
Many people are weak minded and make up excuses on why they can’t go to the gym more often so I wouldn’t take those too seriously. If you were lifting 2x a day, or putting up PL weight it would be a different story.
Age is also a factor as well, but at yours should be a non issue, just make sure eating enough and getting enough sleep

PPL is great because it allows you to hit each muscle 2x a week.

Keep it simple is what I'd suggest, if you are feeling burnt out or want a change.

On your Pull day you are hitting back, bi's, forearms, rear delts and traps.

Chin ups, rear delt flies and shrugs is all you need to hit everything. On the second Pull day, hit your rows from different angles.

You always hear people saying "change things up", which is easy on PPL. Experiment with it is what I'd suggest.

If you find yourself hitting several exercises per muscle group, may aswell go to a bro split and up the volume.

My best shape and gains always come when I workout 5-7 times a week. If you are eating well and feel good every workout, despite it being 6-7 times a week, I'd say fuk whatever science tells you, and keep training that way.

You are still young like me. Just don't go crazy on form..

Full body workouts are poverty for hitting each muscle group sufficiently. And for those who love lifting, four days rest can suck a fat one.

This tbh, yes, you hit the major groups x3 but you are so limited by time and exercise choice. Little isolation and "all over" workouts are not for me.

Of course, if you aren't looking to get aesthetic and train like a bber, and maybe do other sports on the side, the full body x3 a week isn't bad at all.

Push is more originated towards my shoulders then my chest since I have some pretty decent shoulder genetics, plus different variations are hitting the different actual muscles whether it be the rear, anterior or lateral delts or pectoralis minor/major, three heads of the triceps or the biceps and such. Nothing to do with being cope, more so just doing it smart however lately just feels more like I'm doing too much according to others but the notion in this thread is go by how your body feels and **** what anyone else says so i'm cool with that

Can't hurt to try upper/lower. You could prefer it over PPL.

What I found on the upper day, it's alot to get through, so supersetting chest/back, front/side/rear delt, bi's/tri's was the best way to get through it in a practical amount of time.

If time restraints are of no issue, then no need for it.

Man I have no absolute clue what the fuq they're doing there but I aint complaining and nah it's not, it's the reason why I go at that time. I hate the gym culture nowadays during peak times it's ****ing pathetic, people lost the point of the gym but yeah it is what it is

Honestly was gonna take a photo of a couple of the milfs but then I was like 'nah I'm not a ****ing creep' plus if I did get caught, i'm ****ed since I kinda also work there since it shares the same premises as the club lmao
