is my pc worth upgrading ?

bought this old pc second hand like one year ago for 300$

4790k
8gb 1866 mhz
160gb ssd
gtx 670


i am debating to buy gtx 1660 super and 500gb ssd, thing is that will cost me 300$, making it total 600$, not sure if i should wait for sell it and buy zen 3 instead of upgrading

mostly coding, and browsing, and occasionally i like to play some games, i play on 1080p, i already got a laptop but it's a heavy one 8470w, (workstation around 5lbs) not sure what should i do first, buy another laptop or a desktop or sell everything and buy high end laptop

I went from a pc with a 960 to a new pc with a 2080Ti and wondered why I didn't do that a million years sooner. Can't imagine playing games with a 670. Guess it depends on what you're playing though. Just buy a cheaper iBuyPower during a sale SRS.

13.3-14" Laptop with SSD, backlit keyboard is critical for me. i like the mobility. i like surfing from bed. i surf web, Email, Word/Excel. no gaming.

i know the card is obsolete, but surprisingly i play on highest settings on games i play, (gta5, cs go), but i would like to play also never games like rdr2 which i can't right now. i might buy ps5 and call it a day. mirin 2080ti, unfortunately don't have that high budget
