Swolenormous legitimacy/credibility [Fitness Youtuber]
(Edit due to misinterpretation of my post: Do you know this Youtuber? Is he legitimate? That's all)
This guy has been popping up on my GF's recommended recently, she asked me to check in with you guys to see if she should actually listen to what he's saying, or if he's just another BS'er.
Spoiler!
Thanks all.

When I met her she was very skinny. I've not been giving her expert advice as I am not an expert myself; only making sure she gets enough (decent) calories in. Her parents raised her on salty, fatty meat and potatoes, 2 meals a day (breakfast is just a bowl of cereal or sandwiches [Polish eating habits, don't ask] and all the family but her snack on things like potato chips and cake so they make up their caloric intake (and then some) with that.
When she's over here I tend to give her wholewheat carbs and a bunch of meat, onions and vegetables seasoned and sauteed. We also do things like pizza, lasagne (all homemade) and I also cook noodle dishes. I bake my own bread too.
She's not trying to gain muscle or lose weight, her house is barely conducive for that but she's trying to inform herself on healthy eating.

TBH, good advice. my own research has told me that sugar and dairy are bad for your skin. I agree with that based on my experience. in addition, salt causes water retention and bloating. soda is also the worst way to consume sugar.
solid advice. nothing mind-blowing, though.

No sugar, moderate carb, salad, splurge once in a while, and lift heavy- there you go

What made my GF skeptical, is he says to cut out milk. So she wants to see if she should actually pay any heed to that, or to anything he says.
