Believing theres an invisible racist boogeyman that's responsible for the world's problems and is out to get them

Brb believing black people are disproportionately killed by police by wishing away the fact 13% of the nation's population commits 52% of the violent crime

Brb identifying with the message of Russian & chinese misinformation campaigns that can basically be summed up as "white people bad"

Brb waving communist flags at protests as if millions of people didnt die under communist rule in the USSR and we didnt serve the living **** out og them in the cold war, and there isnt slave labor in china for the last 40 years.

Thoughtful and insightful, certainly not what I would have expected from you.

This guy pretty much sums it up. A lot of it is manipulation of basic human (animal) instincts and tendencies towards the actualisation of said destructive ideas. A lot of the aims towards which these sorts of peopleseemto be reasonable, but their foundations are entirely unreasonable.

liberals tend to suffer from low self esteem.

Nothing really wrong with that but they also have a basic desire for power like everyone else does. They accomplish this via the group. Which means social clout is much more important to them as it is the primary means of obtaining status in the group.

Usually clout chasers are held in check by those with higher clout, but every so often it runs wild. Usually is due to the group losing power.
