Anyone else demoralized and apathetic because of the world we live in?

People are so fuking stupid it makes my head hurt. culture/media is so cancerous and irredeemable.

Trumptards and their anti-mask charade, the BLM retards defending a thug who shot a police officers head(missing him by inches)

Humans are not capable of success without some fundamental support. The whole progressive to unnatural degrees thing just does not work out.

I think social media exacerbates most of this. Literally most of the crazy media stuff we KNOW is a deliberate psyop to manipulate power.

I hope some movement focussing on the importance of partial local community starts. Seems like a good alternative.

Agree 100%. This new world is ****ing depressing. Im sure there has never been a time where the world has been good though. Medieval times were brutal, and the 1900s weren’t exactly great either.

I'm not religious, probably went to church 4 times in my life when visiting my grandma.

In 2020 you basically need some form of irrational religious dogma like Catholicism for people to have an ounce of discipline and virtue.

I actually hate religious fundementalists a lot but regular religious folk are far better than average degenerate hedonistic power chasing subhuman that believes in nothing

You have been banging randos on tinder and are probably a sheep consoomer. Yet you say religion is dumb for providing values. If you were smart you could come up with your own. But ignoring collective wisdom of your ancestors or of other successful humans is unwise.

IDK if you lift but I'll assume you do since we're here at bodybuilding.coom. Try to think of ways to be a more well rounded person. Lifting is physical. Now find books that interest you and get some mental gains. Look into religion or spirituality for spiritual gains (if you're disillusioned by mainstream Christianity i urge you to look into Orthodoxy before completely writing it off). Then spend quality time with your parents, grandparents, and eventually your LT GF for social/emotional/relationship games. Trust me, you'll miss them when they're gone and you're at the age now when there's not much time left with the older ones...

Lastly, give your time selflessly to something you care about that will directly affect others positively. Give back to your community. Help people who are truly in need.

I've followed this template for a while. I got the idea from a book one time and it's been a very positive lense for my life and means for self-improvement. I can't believe I typed all this out for a red on the misc, brb reevaluating my life

Sounds like you're looking at the world through chit tinted glasses

Yeah some stuff sucks, but some stuff is going great too. What you focus on largely determines reality. That's why a lot of people are mad on this site all the time because they are algorothmically fed a constant diet of rage bait making them think that everything is going to hell.

No matter what happens all you can do is adapt and try to achieve whatever you desire - everything else is bs. I recomend disconnecting from any kind of mainstream media and online communities full of extremists like misc, psl etc - and only paying attention to balanced, high IQ sources of information
