i can't wrap my head around this

arent charter schools good for people that live in chitty neighborhoods?

Fair question. Anything that isn't government mandated is basically a no-no from libs. We saw that up here in Canada with marijuana. They cucked to the government and they let the government mandate how much one can own and who can grow it. Slap the word government anywhere and libs will support it.
