How often do you try to prove yourself wrong?

What are your strong beliefs?
Have you tested your beliefs?
Do you actively try to prove yourself wrong?

I think doing this is an important part in ones character.

How can you test a belief?
If it's testable there's no need to believe, at that point it's just a known or unknown
