The part I find questionable is that the parents are obviously divorced and there's obviously a joint custody thing going on. I wouldn't be shocked if this is the product of a vindictive mother.

I'm not saying that's the case, and I'm very open minded to this stuff existing (I suspect it probably does), but I do have some skepticism on this one due to those reasons.
