Saw ortho today for my shoulder pain

got mri done as well.

Report isn't done yet but ortho said there's no way i need surgery and its not a rotator cuff tear.

Basically saying there's inflammation on top of the shoulder and I need PT and really good message to loosen the knots.

Says not to do any presses or pushes atm.

So im not sure what type of condition this is?

but idk y da fk its been 2.5 years and it hasn't healed on it's own.

told me i could get some steroid shot but says side effects aren't worth it.

told me to get voltaren gel
I don't check my CP, IDC about reps/negs

Get massages once a week on shoulders/neck/traps for a couple months. One massage isn't gonna do chit most likely.

Bro I’ve been having issues with my left shoulder for two years. The head of my humerus shifts in and out of the socket but it’s only recently become painful

Just got my xrays done and awaiting to see ortho
