Made some pretty serious gains this quarantine. All of those lifts are up atleast 75lb from March.

I tried to do 300 back squat like four days ago and failed cause I leaned to far forward. ****ing hate back squats. Never doing them again. Spine ain’t meant to bend that way with so much weight on it. Just ain’t natural and nobody is gonna tell me different

Front squat is a much more irl movement anyway imo that and deadlifts is 99.9% of lifting that occurs outside the gym. Maybe an ohp to put a box on a shelf, but that’s rarely going to be heavy

Might be an oddball, but I feel like lateral and front raises are pretty beneficial in day to day as well.
