I really like Sugar Free Rockstars. I have one as a pre-workout several days of the week. So good...

Only before workout though, I would not drink one 'just because'. And I would only do the 160mg ones. The 300mg+ drinks just seem excessive.

Not in a while, but they're great for day 2 of partying after you stayed up until 4am drinking and need to wake up and do it over again.

That or caffeine pills right before a 10km run or working out or especially when doing both.

Nope I barely drink coffee anymore srs. Energy drinks are terrible for your health and most people don’t exercise moderation in their consumption.

Consider the recommended daily dose of caffeine for adults is 400mg max. A typical energy drink which if you’re lucky lists the caffeine content on the can has just under if not as much in a single serving and cans usually have more than one serving. Add this to the fact some energy drinks are not heavily regulated you have no idea how much is actually in the drink

Anxiety
Dehydration
Cardiovascular issues

No thanks Jeff

Never mind people at parties mixing vodka and red bull
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I used to gobble up 800-1000mg of caffeine a day. Drank a bang once a day, pre workout, and any other bcaa/caffeine combination throughout the day.

Now, I barely hit 100-200mg a day, except for when I treat myself to a bang or reign once a week. At this moment, I'm not even taking anything as a pre workout. I go straight to the gym without any type of caffeine and feel great tbh. It's all mental.

I was wasting my money spending $300+ a month on supplements, not even including all the bangs I drank. Now, I only use protein for my green shake, multi, fish oil, creatine, zinc, ashwagandha, and maca powder. Most of the items last 2-3 months, so, I'm only spending $75ish a month give or take.
