i saw a documentary on them awhile back, basically it portrayed them as being a fuked up cult that abuses their members and they believe some really weird satanic sh_t

Their creation story is something like a planet of people were killed by nuclear weapons dropped into volcanoes. Their "souls" were captured and forced to watch bad movies, then dumped on Earth. All of this FOR NO GOD DAMN REASON OR EXPLANATION.

Now humans have these "souls" attached to us like a bad smell, and you have to practice their mental exercises, in combination with a device that is a primitive prototype of the original "lie detector", to "clear" them.

The whole thing requires lots of reading and equipment. The organization, which desperately wants to be recognized as a religion for the tax exemption, charges a **** TON of money for the books you need.

They also have some **** called Sea Org, and they're known for kidnapping, murder, human trafficking, child abuse, and slavery

the documentary didnt talk about that, but if even part of what they were saying is true then its very likely the leaders rape the sh_t out of the female members. they did talk about how leaders would constantly punk and beat down male members, and make them do all kinds of menial tasks.
