Can I season my food while bulking?
My bro told me not to season my food while bulking because it will add up and I will gain excess fat. Is this true?

Just make sure you don't season it with any fat.

Pepper, herbs and spices are only trace calories
Oils, other fats (like butter) and sauces/dressings are the only thing you need to be concerned about
Good call not listening to strong broscience bro and seeking a second opinion
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Clearly people are unaware.
Everyone knows that if you're looking to lean bulk you have to go fully unseasoned.
Salt, pepper, paprika, all lead to dreamer bulks.

Seasoning has nothing to do with bulking ha
