Things are really awkward now between me and my mom

So every 3 or 4 months, I'll have my mom shave my back cause it tends to get pretty hairy. So I go into her room about 30 minutes ago wearing just my boxer shorts and holding an electric razer, and did not realize that she had just gotten out of the shower and was in her towel. I asked if I should come back after she gets dressed, and she said, "no, its fine, I can still do it now. So while she's in her towel, she begins shaving my back, when suddenly, her towel accidentally falls off. It is at this point I can feel her firm breasts pushing against my back, and I instantly get an erection. My boner ends up popping through the front area of my boxers, and my mom sees this. I immediately run out of the room saying nothing, and knocking a few things over in the process. I've been hiding out in my room ever since, and I'm supposed to come down for dinner soon. What should I do to make this less awkward? Should I say something?

IDK if its a problem seems pretty normal. Did your coworkers make fun of you for it? sometimes theyre just joking. I dont have any friends so my only social outlet is with the guys at work. When the joker movie came out they were talking about how weird it was for the joker to bathe his mom. I said what do you mean dont you guys bathe your moms? They all laughed but when I told them I give my mom sponge baths every 3 days they looked at me weird and stopped talking to me. I think its an inside joke that I dont understand, because its completely normal to do bathe activities with mom, I mean who washed you when you were a baby.
