I don’t. If you have a skinny neck, you’re probably not deadlifting enough. But if you tie off a band to any fixed point, you can train your neck exactly like you would in a four way neck machine.

Of course, there’s always bridge exercises, etc.

In High School (forever ago) the gym had a very crude machine for “neck training”. It was pin loaded, had two plate stacks and so many pulleys it was stupid. You could put your head into the apparatus, knod and side to side with resistance. In hindsight it is the stupidest machine ever made. Created more problems than it solved for sure.

not sure how advanced you are with neck training, but training the neck at home is easy using your body weight.

The plate curls are nice if you have the equipment, but you can't beat wrestlers bridge...or if you're a newbie just rest your head (at an angle) against a wall and rock your head back and forth for reps.

I generally don't train my neck as a "workout" I perform other exercises that train the neck (deadlifts for example) and at the end of my workout I may train my neck with light weight (or bodyweight). Much like the calves the neck responds best to volume not weight.

Yes,

Rotations: Stand or sit with your back and your head squarely over your shoulders. Then, turn your head as far as you can comfortably to one side. Hold it for up to 30 seconds. Then turn your head to the other side, and hold it for up to 30 seconds.

Put something long, hard, and cylindrical in your mouth and suck to resist movement, then thrust back and forth using your neck muscles to overcome the friction.
