Brahs - what hobbies are yall into outside of lifting?

Sup brahs.

Just broke up with GF of 3 years, so finding myself with a ton of extra free time on my hands.

33 years old, current hobbies are pretty fkn basic:

-Lifting
-Fishing
-Reading
-Video games (Sometimes, I can play for a few hours every other week but I feel like a fkn loser. Idk whats wrong with me)
-Running / Cardio
-Hiking with dog
-Investing
-Sucking phat hogs

Any ideas m8s?

You don't need a lot of hobbies. Just find a few that you love.

Just got back into both reading and video games last year. Used to like working on cars and racing around, but my car project has been on hiatus for awhile since I've been living in a large city. No point having a sports car here.

I like going on walks/hiking trails sometimes.

Used to be big into skateboarding but am rusty AF again now, started dating and moved to another side of the city about 2 years ago and basically completely stopped. May try to pick it back up again this winter.

I basically have been spending my free either with the puppers, lifting, reading and watching videos about gardening and homesteading, and going outside and getting some sun when I can. In the fall/winter is when I tend to walk nature trails and stuff.

Otherwise I'm with friends or working.

Honestly I think hobbies are overrated to an extent. Just find a few things and go all in on them. I think 1 or 2 for yourself, and maybe 1 or 2 to involve other people. People that have like 10 hobbies do them maybe once a year and call them a hobby.

Skateboard couple times a week

Fish couple times a year

Just kind of got into guns but ive only been shooting a couple times in my life now

Run 3-4 miles every so often. I've kind of slowed down on this and just added more skating instead.

I really prefer hobbies that challenge my body. Really like to beat myself up physically for some reason. Can't bring myself to play video games etc. I get bored easily with mental puzzles. Probably just low IQ srs
