I’m curious what the charges actually were.


Man, that dudes completely psychotic reaction to the injury, is more stressing for me to watch than the injury itself. What the **** is wrong with people?

That being said, I honestly don’t see any significant charges sticking.

The cops can say they did something, hopefully discouraging others from behaving like this guy, and then quietly drop the charges before it goes to trial. Scum of the earth, but probably not a criminal act.

In theory, they could charge with involuntary manslaughter (an unintentional killing resulting from a battery not amounting to a felony which the defendant knew or should have known endangered human life) if they just left him there to die. This is what happens sometimes when someone OD's at a drug house and the other people just leave.

Man that's messed up, firstly paying another human and a vulnerable one at that money to do tricks, that's just low, give the dude the money or don't, don't make him perform like an animal for your entertainment and then to laugh about it, that's just cold and callous.

As for the charges, not sure but in the UK we have a law called reckless endangerment, where if through your wanton and careless actions you put another human in jeopardy resulting in serious injury or death. That can get you 10 years in the UK.

I could see it being a bluff to stop this behavior more than anything.

Other people were there and attended to the guy, so he wasn’t just left there.

Don’t get me wrong, this person is fugged up and there is no defending his behavior. I just don’t see how it is criminal. The government upset they didn’t get their part of the financial transaction? (Bad joke, too soon).

they should have that in the US. at least I think this guy should be charged because he was telling people not to call an ambulance and instead kept recording it and laughing about it
