Will COVID-19 go away? Or should I just pretend like it's always gonna be here?
Thinking about setting up a home-gym at around $5k, if this COVID persists.
Just can't deal with gyms closing down and messing up my rhythm. faq that.
So should I go ahead and bite the bullet? Or would this go away on its own?
I mean if this thing goes away on its own, no reason to own a home gym cause my gym is 5-min walking distance.
Whatchu think?

5k? What are you building, an ultra luxury gym? Do you need that much?
My home gym cost me 800 and consists of a power rack and a few bars. I looked into getting a dumbbell rack but found it to be so expensive. An alternative would be those adjustable dumbbells. I've been training exclusively in my home gym for 2 years now. Best shape of my life. I focus on heavy compounds, switch things up sometimes, keep the training sessions relatively short and really intense. I recently inherited a treadmill so I have that as well as an added tool. I never really use it, though. I live in the mountains so I'd much rather go hiking. It's fun in the winter, though.
Point is - you can build yourself a nice home gym for much less than 5k. Really consider what your goals are and if you need all that supplemental stuff.

It could have been eradicated easily and quickly but people chose freedom instead. Now it's too late to contain it and it's here to stay and will become something we just have to live with, just like the regular flu and cold. A vaccine will be invented soon but "muh freedumz" people will not agree to be vaccinated thus the virus will not be defeated and will continue to roam free. The entire world has shown that people are quite simply dumber than insects and would rather have a perpetual deadly pandemic instead of a short, minor inconvenience. In short, yes, the virus is here to stay.

What, is it just gonna magically go away? I think the WHO predicts the virus will go away in 5 years, not that they are to be trusted.
