Dana runs UFC but Khabib could choke him out whenever he desire.

Khabib is a mini fedor and the face of MMA in Russia, all Muslim countries and most of the east.

He doesn’t need Dana or the ufc, they need him.

They are both alpha in different ways. Dana is a ruthless businessman who can sell sand to Arabs, but Khabib would choke out camels and laugh at the Arabs while doing it.

Dana is more alpha because he makes trained fighters who could literally him with their bare hands bend the knee.

True. But Khabib wouldn't be nearly as successful without UFC. Most Arabs love him for the fact he's whooping "arrogant American boys" ass in UFC.

That's a weird take. They only feel that way when someones talking chit about Islam. When he defeated Dustin Porier, Porier's fanbase shot up (if we go by instagram) because of the Arab fans.

I’ve not seen any Arab display that attitude

They are just glad to have a Muslim portrayed in a positive influence on the world stage

In the case of the Conner fight, Muslims weren’t the only one who wanted to see Khabib shut his arrogant ass up

Don't think its weird at all. Its in our very human nature to want to associate whatever commonality we have with high achievers, and live vicariously through them.

People from other nations have strong desire to be respected or be better than the US since US the most powerful country in the world.

So if someone from their country shows that he's capable of being better than "the great Americans," it gets them off.

Of course, Khabib's fans would be nice to Dustin. Why wouldn't people act generous when their fave Khabib already won, and Dustin didn't do anything to trigger them?

He's fighting in the biggest fighting organization in the world run by Americans. Him being a champ in such an organization means Arabs are more alpha than Americans or people from other nations (or thats how his fans feel subconsciously).

No, Arabs don't just like him because he's a positive influence Lol. They wouldn't get nearly as emotionally attached to him if that were the only reason.

muslim people in general love him because he is a dominant and undefeated champion and seemingly devout in his religion. It isn't an American thing or have to do with America. People from the UAE love America and American culture in general. Same with Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, etc. Could even make that same claim for Iran but their government are nutjobs so whatever. Alot of Iraqis hate Americans.

Visited Kuwait and Abu Dhabi, you'd be surprised about what they know and how they bend over backwards and go that extra mile to be hospitable to Americans.
