Miscers, do you always try to be busy, do something ?
I've seen this with my dad, he always finds something to do and hardly ever stops to rest or do some brain dead activity like stare at the TV.He always keeps his plate full, especially at work. For example he has 2-3 cars that he works on and if he has people ringing him he tells them to come right away and somehow he will manages to finish everything in a reasonable time. I do not know how he does it.
I work with him and there were times where if it was my choice I would have told the customer to come tomorrow but he said today and he still managed to finish the jobs in time.
I've recently seen the movie Uncut Gems and that is exactly how my father is, except he almost always makes it work out in the end.
On the opposite side i've seen people who can barely get through work and then go home and do nothing until the next day or postpone a activity until the weekend so that they could do only that one activity even if they had time to do it during the week or smth.
How do you guys do it ?
