Why are violent felons given second chances and released from prison/not killed?

Murder, rape, armed robbery, etc. jfl at all the people I’ve seen lately w double-triple digit felonies

violent male criminals should stay in prison until atleast the age of 28. Thats when test levels drop, men mature and the brain is fully developed.

I feel like it would stop the carousel of repeat offenders.

Form some type of education and high skilled trade program so they can get a competitive job.

Im obviously not talking about rapist and murderers, talking about young dudes that made a stupid ass decision
