This, doing it way more now since working at home.

Also have an extremely small work load now (like can probably get away with doing a half hour or less of actual work a day if I want), but even when I have a normal sized one I still a shyt ton of down time.

this phenomenon has hit boomers too. i see them all the time on their phones as well at work.

its an absolute addiction and im afraid its negative effects will prove to be far worse to society than smoking, sugar, crack, and pretty much anything else.

Lets be real, the current riot situation and cancel culture in general is being perpetuates by a fraction of 1% of the population but due to Twitter, even huge corporations are bending the knee.
