There used to be, but ever since banks cracked down on junk mortgages you mostly need tall money now.

Ah I believe you are referring to the manlet tax. Sadly, it’s 2020 and manlet dollars are still worth 80% of an average sized humans dollars, and only half of what someone 6’+ dollars are worth



It’s not all bad news though. Manlets are less likely to get married and reproduce, so the need for a larger more expensive house with multiple bedrooms is basically nullified. Additionally, due to proportions they can experience a smaller house in the same way a taller person needs a much larger home. So while a 100k, 1,500 sq ft home may seem small to most of us - to a manlet it is more than enough space
