I couldnt tolerate my exgf saying(Srs)

Hey misc
how to cope
or tolerate your gf/wife
when she is in her HEAT cycle...shouting or yelling

"i hate you"
"just leave me alone"
"it was a mistake us being together"

i may be a bit sensitive
but it keeps reoccurring
and being more frequent that
i couldn't tolerate the DRAMA

i have seen it at office(female coworker drama)
my male coworker circle says
the same about their gf/wifes
how to overcome
or tolerate woman in their
period, them being emotional is a cheap SHOW for me

I cant handle emotional people well too
