Australians, how do all the Chinese people afford to live here without working?

Most of these Chinese can't even speak English so how are they affording to live in expensive areas?

I got like 3 uncles and 2 cousins with their own businesses and they send us money every month cuz they're dripping

Are they all rich? Probably not. But they are almost always at least comfortable financially.

International tuition alone costs 3-4x what domestic students pay. They might not be "rich" rich, but they have to be fairly comfortable to move to first world countries (Canada, US, Austrailia, etc. )
