Should I walk out of my Job today...lulz

SRS.

Wife and I are moving next Month. I have two jobs to choose from. One I would start on Aug 3rd, the Second on Aug 17th. Trying to decide which is killing me.


Current Job I make $380 a week due to cutbacks and spend at least $60 in gas and $30 in food each week. Was gonna work out too more weeks notice but we are not coming back to the area and I have no use to use them as references.


Thinking about going home spending a few weeks with my Family, playing video games, being lazy as ****.

Location is currently Florida. Was making good then Covid Hit. Wife is Military and making good $ until October 1st. She is in the process of seperating from the Military. Each job option I have is back in Alabama and will both pay 70k plus a year. Were also expecting to make about 30k off our house here in Florida.

I've learned to not count on chit until it's real.....do you have actual offers or paperwork for these other 2 jobs?

Do the right thing and put in a 2 weeks notice......its 2020, if you fuk someone over it's more likely to get around, you never want to burn a bridge no matter how useless it may be to you in the future.....really shows your character.

Yes both offers in writing waiting on signature.

Ive been telling them for two months were moving. They have not made an effort to train someone else or at least cross train another individual. They have known this for some time.

That's not the point. What they do after you leave is up to them. You found another job, great. Give your notice and leave at the appropriate time. They didn't tell you to go on the spot two months ago when you told them you were moving, so don't do the wrong thing by them.

If your next job is secure already, fuk it.

I did the opposite to my chitty college job just before I got married and moved to another state to start an actual career. After I out in my 2 weeks, they decided to fuk me over by giving me two 3 hour shifts per week. This was in the summer after school ended, and they knew I lived 45 minutes away (school was a 5 minute walk). I went in for a full 40 hours both weeks to boost my paycheck to live off of until my first check at my new job. No fraud tho since I did actually work those 40 hours

i don't do that extra protein crap tbh lol. i make sure to hit at least 100g protein a day, but that's my goal, i usually go over. i mean extra protein is good... but there's a certain point where it's like just a reassurance. my nutrition professor in college specialized in sports nutrition for athletes and she said most bodybuilders over do it. though the extra amino acids from the protein does help with recovery and immune system. i think the extra L-glutamine helps a lot with recovery but i don't think it's significant in building more muscle

hell yea if I had something lined up ready to go hell yea I would. Not putting you down but 400 a week is easy to find so I would say **** it and enjoy the time off. Unless you are worried you need the refs. **** target pays $15 min.

One of my bosses was a real POS, literally lied about what work was coming up to benefit his cause. Didn't lose an ounce of sleep fuking him over like he was fuking everyone else over. In fact I slept even better the next couple of months.
