Sisters ex fell on hard times

Just got a call from my parents. They ran into my sisters ex, he got really fat and doesnt seem to be mentally all there, he started talking to his keys and ran off into the woods, they also said it looked like was balding. I havent seen him in 4 years but he used to be a chad, was a cool guy, my sloot sister did him dirty. Should I reach out to him? I feel bad for him.

After they broke up I lost contact with him, we used to be bros. My sister started spreading rumors that he was into getting pegged but I dont know if that is true or not. I always wanted to tell him she was saying these things but now with his mental state I will just keep it to myself. He used to have an awesome norwood 0 hairline. My dad is more the oldschool type just let his hair go and didnt give a fuk, so for him to say he noticed he was balding, it must be really bad and not just minor receeding.
