does anyone else notice races more than before?

Just caught myself doing it, i'm not racist live in San Francisco and grew up with hippy parents lol. Maybe its because i just watched american history x..., but just walking to the store like every person in my head I was thinking of their race. Prior to this whole BLM movement I would never even think that walking past another person. Then again I live in Bay Area san francisco so i dont know how minorities are treated in the south. Just kind of making the races more divided imo. like i never thought about other people races before just walking down the street. anyone noticed this?

I’m in the Deep South, it’s no where near as racist as what ppl say. Went to school my whole life with many black people, played sports with one another and have only witnessed something blatantly racist a couple of times. Have srsly heard more racist talk from minorities than whites but that’s considered ok for some reason.

Like the poster above said, that’s what the media wants seems to be true. Another civil war seems likely at this pace because it’s making normal people who didn’t think about race before now see it everywhere. Hearts are going to get hardened against people of other race all because the news keeps Shoving it in everyone’s face. The whole entertainment industry push the same agendas. Most people right now aren’t racist at all but that doesn’t fit their narrative.

I grew up in Texas and there is a lot of racism that goes on actually. I remember hearing about how races shouldn't mixed and stupid nonsense like that. But most folks aren't racists.

Same and there are so many thuggish looking people now days. I don't even like going out anymore. Actually the streets have felt unsafe since Trump was elected, but it's much worst now.

every ethnic notices race, you never did because of the white privilege of being white in a white majority country, it's good you're being woken up to the reality though, ethnics are starting to get way too uppity and it's time they get put back in their place
