Miscer impersonates the Police and gets arrested

This guy owns a funeral escort service but pretends to be a police officer by pulling people over and blocking traffic.
The funniest thing is that he incriminates himself by recording everything on his bodycam

Dewitte was convicted in 2005 of sexual battery on a person 12 to 15 years old. He is registered as a sexual offender.
