No. That's just the beer talking to you. Let's say you get mugged. If the world is all up to your own perception, you can delude yourself and say you met some new friends who needed a loan, and then playfully gut shot you. Or you could just face the reality that your life didn't matter to them.

Strange example brah. If I got mugged....assuming I’m not a retard, I know I got mugged. That’s a cold hard fact.

But not everything in life can be summed up in fact vs lie...for example, “Am I cool?” If I believe the answer is yes, how can anyone prove me wrong?
