Zyzz was on tran and tast year round, for years. Some IFBB pros do die relatively young, but for the most part their cell tech "regimes" are monitored by doctors/professionals and done in cycles to reduce risk. Blasting tran and clan indefinitely to stay large and cut is extremely bad for the heart. Zyzz even said multiple times he felt he was going to die young, and talked about shortness of breath before his death.

I don’t hate the guy but any conversation about how great he was needs to come with a PSA. I personally think he probably died of coke and pills.

He gets so much hate on here now for some reason, but back in the day he was an inspiration for a hell of a lot of miscers. Started off as a skinny socially awkward virgin and turned into an aesthetic god with women lining up to sleep with him. It's the misc dream. Unfortunately he took it too far.
