What are the chances China will come out with a plague as deadly as the bubonic plague in the next decade?

there is no need. something like covid can arguably cause more damage to wealthy countries than a mass killer plague.
Covid completely divided our already barely held together nation and caused mass economic damage. A killer plague would no doubt cause the nation to unite and work together to survive, however something with less lethal symptoms and people wanting to stick to their way of live decimates a democracy.
When china moves to take down the west I'd expect something more infectious but around the same fatality rate of covid along with a mass mis-info campaign as our nation only looks to social media more and more.
