hard for me cuz isolation

nothing to really do and distract me. I'd honestly be at the library reading if it was open, but nope you're home all the time so it's so much easier to give in and fap

I quit trying no fap for several reasons. This may be cope but no fap has lead to little or no positive effect. I've had days where I fap in the afternoon and end up flirting with club sloots no problem later that night. I think the harmful part is your perception "I fapped so now I'm a failure/loser". Everyone faps so unless it is a really bad addiction combined with porn you shouldn't stress over it. Personally I find better results with daily meditation than with no fap.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

FIRST OF ALL -

1. Why should you do it?

Stick at it long term and see how it feels. I stick at it because I feel less anxious/depressed and more confident. Plus all the time watching porn is a waste of time.

2. How to stick to it?

Have other things to focus yourself on and recognise the character building aspect of discipline. Remind yourself how bad you're gonna fail when you cave in to the urge. Remind yourself of the positives of restraint and the negatives of caving in.

3. Limit your use of the internet down to essentials.

No fap is a joke, hard to believe that so many has fallen for that ****, but then placebo really is a powerful thing...
