Has anyone else had this problem with their xbox

First off im using a 360 not a one.

This only happens when i am playing madden 12 no other games. When ever i am at the end of the game i get a cant read disk error and it turns off .

Ive even went and bought different copies of the game. Ive used 3 so far and its the same story.

Every other game runs for hours no over heating issues. Used 3 different disk and its the same story.

Any ideas or has anyone had this happen to them?

Ive also cleared the system cache on the 360
