I agree with shapiros logic. Trump really didn’t win, Hillary lost imo. A lot of people, especially white women, hated Hillary so much that they were willing to roll the dice on trump because they thought he would never win anyways. Kinda like scratching a lotto ticket with house money.

This time, people voting know that that their vote actually has some skin in the game, and would mean four more years of trump. It makes the decision more real.

This race is really shaping up to be Trump vs “Not Trump”.

People don’t hate Biden like they hated Hilary. He’s a do-noting creepy career politician. But I think people feel kinda safe with him. Like it will be four years of just kinda cruising.

Now, the only way I see trump winning after all this is with a real strong backlash against how the media and local Dems have handled the riots.

There is a very real chance that the “silent majority” steps up in a very real way by voting for trump as a stand against this pc bull**** again.

The media is running this narrative that the average American views the White House as this big bully who is sending in unwanted feds to kill innocent peaceful protesters.

I don't have as much a problem with Biden winning as I do the left and their ideas for the US. My worry if Biden wins is that the economy will take a long time to recover if he increases business taxes in the short term and we will bow down to China in a critical period. China is clearly an enormous threat to the world. Additionally Biden doesn't seem cognitively there anymore so his VP/cabinet will be running the show which worries me if it's the left's agenda. I think we can all agree that Trump says and does some crazy things, but he's the better choice for stomping out the radical left policies/thoughts that threaten to ruin the United States.

Since the left has decided to let their fringe be the face of the liberal party though the “left” is basically in self destruct mode. The meme about “never interrupt your enemy while he’s embarrassing his self” rings most true when you turn on the news and see what they’re trying to do to the country. It’s VERY embarrassing. Look no further than the statements foreigners are making about the US through all this. It’s usually not about Trump. It’s embarrassing.

They’ve completely drove me away from even considering anyone left for a while at least. I wouldn’t vote for Biden even if all this wasn’t going on simply because he obviously isn’t fit to do the job mentally and like you stated, I won’t trust who he’s going to listen to because they seem to want to destroy the US.
