yea tried it but felt worse on it tbh, did u get any alleviation from 5htp? how long did it take to notice benefits?

Helped me feel normal when I quit a gnarly nose candy addiction several years back.

I still take it sometimes and it seems to improve my mood and anxiety for a couple hours.

Very expensive, usually peddled to supplement seratonin production. Never really noticed it made much difference back when I had a... lifestyle... that led to perpetually low seratonin
