Just try melatonin. 20mg plus 1 pill of another type of sleep aid I got from Walgreens knocks me out if I need it.

Videogames. Movies. Idk.

Yes brah. Think about it, you'll have 30 hours of intellectual people injecting smart things into your brain until you feel exhausted. You end up in a long deep sleep and process everything that's been said over those 30 hours and wake up refreshed and Einstein-smart.

Reading books, listening to audio books or watching movies...maybe?

Or just browsing internet to search for a new interest in your life since you have a long fulfilling life ahead.

Take it easy on yourself, brother.

In all seriousness though, if being sleep deprived is causing your messed up sleeping schedule try to go for evening walks and then read a book to bring your mind at ease. I do it sometimes and it helps. srs.

Count to 108,000... in seconds

Or go for a walk, find a decent series to binge, cook some nice food, if you're a gamer do whatever you gamers do, lift, choose something to learn about and learn about it (something interesting like project MK Ultra or black holes), listen to music, start a conversation with a friend you haven't spoken to in a while, choose a movie you've been meaning to watch for a while, order a pizza, surf gumtree or ebay for cool cheap sh*t, clean a sh*tty area of your house/room that's been bothering you for a while

If you don't do all of the above you will definitely fail and your sleep with be phucked forever
