I really have a hard time believing they are/were 'Mossad agents' when one got arrested and died in prison and the other was just going about life as normal in the US prior to her arrest.
They may have been black-mailing the rich/famous/powerful people. But I don't believe for a second they were part of any kind of government sanctioned operation. Maxwell would have been disappeared if that was so. Especially if working for the Massad. She'd have been killed and any info she has recovered. Immediately when they realized they were in danger.
